Hiring – Social Media Specialist

We’re looking for a Social Media Specialist to join our growing digital team that manages diverse community-focused platforms across the UAE.
🎯 Your role will include:
– Tracking and reporting performance across multiple social media pages
– Analyzing content performance and audience behavior to guide decisions
– Coordinating with creative, video, and content teams to ensure timely, engaging campaigns
– Supporting social coverage for major community events happening in the UAE
– Ensuring consistency in tone, cultural relevance, and platform guidelines
✅ We’re looking for someone who:
– Has 2–4 years of experience working on social media platforms (Content Auditing, analyzing social media accounts, Reporting, Performance tracking)
– Is fluent in Arabic (written and spoken) and English
– Has solid skills in Excel/Google Sheets and basic analytics tools
– Understands Meta (Instagram/Facebook), TikTok, and YouTube performance metrics
– Is organized, detail-oriented, and can work with tight deadlines
– Has experience in working with multicultural or audience-segmented content (a plus)
